I am a multi-million-dollar-producing Real Estate Professional specializing in real estate sales in the Coachella Valley, which includes Cathedral City, Coachella, Desert Hot Springs, Indian Wells, Indio, La Quinta, Palm Desert, Palm Springs, and Rancho Mirage. While I primarily work within these areas, I am also available to assist clients outside of the Coachella Valley.

With over 15 years of experience in the real estate industry, I hold licenses in California and Connecticut. I became a broker in March 2021. While my services may not be necessary to prevent foreclosure, I am an expert in the field and have successfully helped many individuals avoid foreclosure by providing them with comprehensive guidance and options.

Buying a home? I’m successful in helping my homebuyers find their dream home, whether they’re first-time buyers, moving up, luxury or second home purchasers, or downsizing. I prefer to meet potential buyers in a convenient coffee shop setting. We discuss your expectations and mine, then cover the homebuying process, from step 1 to closing.
Before I can show you homes that aren’t my listings but are in the MLS, I must sign a buyer and broker Representation agreement, which the state of Connecticut requires. Without this document, I must act as a fiduciary for the seller and can’t advise you on the home or any potential purchase. I’ll explain this during our Buyer Presentation meeting.
Selling a home? I market your home on all the automatic iDX sites and subscribe to and pay for sites less commonly used by most agents, which assigns a single property website to your listing. I’m also very active on all social media channels, constantly marketing to potential sellers and buyers.
All commission plans are negotiable, and as the seller, you have the option to choose the services you want and the available commission plans.
For photography, I can take my own photos for the MLS or offer you 3D photography with a 360 virtual tour and drone video. I explain all these options during our Listing Presentation at your home when I tour it.
